Busy is a state that is not fixed. If you are interested in something, time magically opens up. If not, it gets put on the queue. If there is a lot of other stuff in the queue, that “something” generally never sees the light of day.
If you want to get someone interested in your pitch / product / company / service, you need to be persistent, memorable, and convincing. If you leave the conversation at “send me the info…” and never follow-up, it is your own fault.
Your job is to change the busy state and make people interested.
